Art. 33 Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the Pension Fund’s governing body. The Board of Trustees defines the strategic goals and resources available to meet them. It is re­spon­si­ble for overall management of the Pension Fund and for ensuring its financial stability. It regulates the organisation of the Pension Fund, oversees its management and conducts the elections for which it acts as the electoral authority.
