7 Retirement children’s pension (Art. 14)

Entitlement to retirement children’s pension is based on the applicable regulations at the time the retirement children’s pension came into being. If the retirement children’s pension started before 1 July 2017, but subsequently discon­tin­ued for a maximum of 18 months due to interruption of education or disability of at least 70%, the renewed entitlement to retirement children’s pension is governed by the applicable regulation up to 30 June 2017.
