9 OASI bridging pension

Entitlements to an OASI bridging pension that arose before 1 January 2024 are governed by the regulations in force until 31 December 2023. Current OASI bridging pensions are paid to women born in 1961, 1962 and 1963 until the reference age in accordance with point (a) of the transitional provision amended on 17 December 2021 (OASI 21), until their death at the latest; once they reach the ordinary retirement age in accordance with the regulations valid until 31 December 2023, the pension amount is based on the total amount still available in accordance with Art. 12 para. 2.

Entitlements to a OASI bridging pension arising from 1 January 2024 are allocated to women born in 1961, 1962 and 1963 up to the reference age in accordance with point (a) of the transitional provision amended on 17 December 2021 (OASI 21).
