Art. 28 Payment in the event of termination of the em­ploy­ment relationship for operational reasons

In the event of termination of the em­ploy­ment relationship for company operational reasons, the benefits are paid out in accordance with the provisions of the social plan agreed on by the affiliated employer and the recog­nised unions, with the ad­di­tional expenses borne by the employer.
