3 Current benefits as at 31 December 2013

Recipients of a disability pension whose pension entitlement had arisen with the Pension Fund on or before 31 December 2013 are subject to the provisions of the Pension Fund Regulations set out in Art. 17 Para. 7 sections 1 and 2 in the version dated 1 January 2011 upon reaching the age of 65. Within this context, payments under divorce law also result in an actuarial reduction in the disability pension after the individual has reached the age of 65.

In the event of a change in the circumstances of a recipient of disability and survivors’ benefits whose pension entitlement had arisen with the Pension Fund on or before 31 December 2013, the reduction in benefits will continue to be calculated in accordance with Art. 28 of the regulations in the version dated 1 January 2011. From 1 January 2025 onwards, the overcompensation calculation will be based on the provisions set out in the regulations in force on the date of the overcompensation calculation.
