5 Disabled pensioners in the case of company acquisitions

In cases involving the transfer of individuals entitled to a disability pension (if a new employer is affiliated or a portfolio of insured members is added to an existing affiliation), the vested rights supplement pursuant to Art. 19 Para. 6 will only apply if this benefit has been fully funded for all transferred recipients of disability pensions at the time they join the Pension Fund. The affected disabled pensioners will be informed if this guarantee does not apply on their entry into the Pension Fund.
