Personnel changes

The financial year also came with personnel changes. Tiziana Valente Bittner, Head of Pensions for the comPlan office, left comPlan on 31 December 2023. She was succeeded by Samuel Meier, who has held the position since 1 February 2024. Samuel Meier has many years of experience in the field of oc­cu­pa­tional benefit plans, and was in charge of a customer department at Publica before taking up his position at comPlan.

Further personnel changes included the departure of Meret Meier, who took up a new professional challenge outside of the Swisscom Group and left the comPlan Foundation Board on 31 December 2024. Débora Pons, who currently works as Senior Public Affairs Manager, succeeded her as the new employee rep­re­sen­ta­tive on the Foundation Board.
