Pension plan optimisations

The valuable feedback of our policyholders has enabled us to make significant im­prove­ments to the comPlan website. These include optimising the notes about the pension statement, which can now be found at https://www.pk-complan.ch/en/document-map. These detailed notes were created to improve the readability and understanding of the personal pension statement. Furthermore, we revised the format of the comPlan pension fund rules and made these available online. This measure aimed at providing our policyholders with efficient and straightforward access. Thanks to a simplified search function, the new online version of the rules can be accessed via smartphone, tablet or notebook anytime and anywhere (https://reports.pk-complan.ch/en/rgd/report/pension-fund-regulations-duoprimat).

It is comPlan’s goal to make pension in­for­ma­tion as user-friendly and comprehensible as possible. The current de­vel­op­ments represent a first but im­por­tant step in this direction. With each step and each de­vel­op­ment, we are pursuing our vision to simplify access to pension in­for­ma­tion and improve the experience of our policy­holders with comPlan.

An ad­di­tional milestone can be seen in our most recent im­ple­men­ta­tion in comPlan Online. In just a few steps, policyholders can make a voluntary buy-in online (https://online.pk-complan.ch). This new feature optimises the process and saves valuable time.
