Sus­tain­abil­ity and ESG in investing is an ongoing process that has been firmly es­tab­lished at comPlan for many years and has been constantly evolving. The next step in the reporting year 2025 was to further develop the voting behavior in global equities, taking sustainability criteria into account. All sustainability efforts support the fulfillment of the statutory mandate of oc­cu­pa­tional benefits to achieve a return in line with the market with an ap­pro­pri­ate distribution of risk.
