comPlan’s Foundation Council consists of 14 members. Half of these members are employee rep­re­sen­ta­tives and the other half employer rep­re­sen­ta­tives. Employee rep­re­sen­ta­tives are elected for a four-year term. The current term runs until 31 December 2026, so an election will take place in autumn 2026. The electoral register with all active insured members entitled to vote is expected to be drawn up in June 2026 and electoral lists can be submitted until the beginning of July 2026. The actual election will take place in September 2026. The election will be held digitally, i.e. all active insured members will be able to cast their votes anonymously via a secure website. The election results and the allocation of seats will be evaluated electronically directly on the basis of these entries.

As part of the investment process, a review of the asset–liability study is being carried out to assess the current investment strategy.
