Sus­tain­abil­ity report

In line with legal and regulatory re­quire­ments – and as part of the ongoing optimisation of the risk–return profile – the integration of sustainability criteria remains a central pillar of asset management. In the reporting year 2025, comPlan further enhanced its approach to voting behaviour in the global equities by incorporating more sustainability elements into the decision­making process. The comPlan sustainability report, published for the fourth time in 2025, outlines how the fund defines sustainability and what specific mea­sures have been im­ple­mented as a result. The report is available on the website (www.pk-comPlan.ch). comPlan focuses on mea­sures proven to have meaningful impact, such as direct in­vest­ments with explicit sustainability objectives and constructive dialogue with com­pa­nies (known as engagement).
