Preface

In the reporting year 2025 inflation and monetary policy eased, while trade policy uncertainties weighed on the markets. comPlan achieved an investment return of +6.1% and the coverage ratio increased to 121.6% as of December 31, 2025 (prior year: 118.1%), thus reaching the target value. Thanks to the sound financial condition, the comPlan Foundation Counsil has decided to apply an interest of 5.25% on the retirement savings of active members as well as a one-off ad­di­tional payment for pension recipients.
